Dear wonderful backers,

we are thrilled to inform you that we planned every aspect in detail and now, the moment you have always waited for, has finally arrived. We are coming to the end of this campaign and we are incredibly happy. August will be a calm period, our partners will be closed most of the month,therefore we will focus on assembling as much as possible.

At the moment, our production department is working hard to send small batches of orders before the summer closure. Many of the guys on our team will be out of office so the responses and feedback from us will also take some time. But as always, we will be back to you.

After that, everything will be ready and we will complete the shipping in September.

Your Natede is only a few orders away. We understand your desire to receive your Natede as soon as possible. But don't worry, your order is almost here.

If we managed to get to the end of the journey it’s also because you guys were there for us. You’ve always been our priority and our main focus. This is why we want to thank you all for your support. Vitesy wouldn’t be the same without you.

A crazy September is coming

This year has been very challenging for many of us. August will be a time to slow down for a moment and get ready to start again in September, stronger than before!

In September, we will not only complete shipments! Get ready for something new, special, and unique. We can’t wait to share with you some exciting news! And as you supported our projects you will be the first one to know. You will always have a special part.

Hello backers!

June is here. The weather is lovely here in Italy and we have wonderful news for you. All the colors are finally here and they are ready to be shipped.

Azalea, Sand, Black and Girasole

They are all here! We are incredibly happy to see all the colors together. We want to thank you so much for your great support. You followed our journey and thanks to your feedback, love, and patience we are almost at the end of this adventure. Now we will continue to ship all the remaining orders.

Here you are all the colors! We love them. What is your favorite? We are really happy to see all the colors together. Each Natede is created with recycled plastic and we are sure you will love it. Remember that recycled plastic is not perfect, because, like paper, it can have some irregularities. This is what makes Natede really special. You will have more than an air purifier in your home. You are actively contributing to a cleaner world, without waste.

Let’s have a look at the new app

As we said in our last update, a new version of the app is now available! Thanks to you and your feedback we improved the connection process. We also added the option to change the notifications’ frequency.

But the most important feature is that you can finally say “Hey, Alexa! Launch Natede!”

Yes, we worked incredibly hard for this feature but now it’s available and you can ask your Natede to change the fan mode or know the air quality is in your room. Amazing, ah?

The main requests you can make to your Natede:

• know the overall air quality
  
• check the values of each sensor (temperature, humidity, VOC, etc.)
  
• change the fan mode
  
• turn it on and off
  

Here you are some examples of interaction between you and Alexa:

User: “Alexa, ask Natede how is the air pollution”

Alexa: “Natede Blue says that the overall air quality in the office is perfect. The temperature is 21.3° C. The humidity is 48.4%. The VOC is 0.97. The CO is 0ppm.”

User: “Nice, put it in flat mode.”

Alexa: “Ok, setting Natede Blue in flat mode.”

You can ask about the air quality in your room in many ways. Ask Natede:how is my air? Tell me the temperature. Give me humidity in the kitchen. Air pollutants. The VOCs in the bedroom.

We are working on the finishing touches for the Google Assistant implementation too. In the next app update, you will be able to control your Natede with your Google Home.

If you need any support with the app, please, email us at [email protected]. We will be very happy to help you. Some of the tickets aren’t easy to solve immediately. But as we are a small team we have direct contact with our developers that work on the bugs to solve them.

Dear backers,

we hope you are all well during this uncertain time. We want to take this opportunity to update you on the current situation we are experiencing in Italy. Phase 2 has started and we are slowly starting to return to our normal routine. We are back with most of our activities, some of us have returned to the office, others continue to work from home.

Your blue Natede is on its way

As we said in the previous update, the blue Natede finally arrived at our warehouse! Last week we started to ship them to you. So, if you ordered a blue Natede check your inbox because your natural air purifier is coming.

We can’t wait to see your Natede in your home. Share a photo with us and don’t forget to tag @Vitesy on Instagram!

Next week we will receive from our partners the rest of the colors. We are super excited to assemble and ship all your colorful Natede.

Shipments are going on but we remind you that there may be delays of couriers due to the current global emergency. When your order will be shipped you will receive a confirmation email from us and the tracking number from the courier, check the spam inbox!

An important app update is coming

During these months the IT team has worked at a reduced speed, but nevertheless continued to work on the app. We received a lot of feedback from you and we want to thank you very much for the support you gave to us! It is only thanks to you and your help that we can improve the app by solving the bugs you report. We are working on the finishing touches for the new Android and iOS update that will solve most of the connection problems and will guide you step by step for the correct connection with your Natede. In addition, you will be able to change the notification's frequency and... drum roll 🥁 ... you will be able to connect your Natede to Google Home and Amazon Alexa! Stay tuned.

Hello wonderful backers!

First of all, we want to thank you so much for your great support and positive comments. We are living a difficult moment and it’s essential to stay motivated. Your love gives us the energy to work and continue to give you the best service.

The last update we have from the Italian government about the Coronavirus emergency is that, from the 4th of May, most businesses and activities will reopen.

Shipping again

We have positive news to share with you. Since we produce air purifiers, therefore devices that allow you to improve your health and well-being, we have activated ourselves to have special permits that would allow us to open our business in advance. We want to ship your orders so you can have your smart assistant with you in this difficult time.

So, we are very happy to inform you that this week we started to ship small batches that were ready in our warehouse. As most of our partners are still blocked, production will start gradually and slowly compared to normal.

All the colored Natede are ready! When we will be able to receive all the new colored Natede to our warehouse, we will immediately start to assemble them and ship to you.  We can’t wait to go back to our normal routine. This process isn’t immediate, but your support is fundamental in this difficult situation.

Obviously, the lockdown is slowing down many departments, including our logistics partners. Delivery times are longer than usual and there may also be delays in receiving the tracking number. Don't worry, we are all slowly starting up again and we are doing our best!

How team Vitesy is working from home

Our offices are still closed and all the team Vitesy is working from home. We decided to write a blog post different from the usual. We want to introduce you to the team and share their thoughts about this difficult moment and some suggestions to improve your work at home.

Some of them, like the IT team, are used to working remotely. Others, like our Account Sales Manager Federico, are not. Especially if you have children who ask you "what is this" when they turn off the power strip connected to the computer!

Dear backers,

we hope you are all well and safe in this difficult moment. During this weekend in Italy, there was a new update from the government regarding the Coronavirus emergency.

All companies that don’t supply basic necessities are completely blocked. Unfortunately, the manufacturer that does the final assembly and ships Natede has been blocked. Therefore, the shipping of Natede will be stopped until the 3rd of April according to this new Italian decree.

On the other hand, however, the production of the colored Natede is continuing because the company that produces the recycled plastic can stay open. In this really difficult situation, we are happy to be able to share small positive updates. This motivates us and we will not lose our enthusiasm.

In fact, we have collected the first tests and we have all the colors. Blue, Azalea and the premium as well: Black, Sand, and Girasole.

We sincerely hope that this situation will be resolved with the first weeks of April. But the best thing we can do is to keep you updated. We are continuing to work hard. You can write to us and we will always be here to answer you.

This difficult situation will pass, and we will come out stronger than before.
