An open letter to you

Dear wonderful backers,

today we want to share an important update that every one of you is waiting for. First of all, we want to thank you very much for your patience and understanding us during these months. We know that we didn’t give you exact dates, but we didn’t want to make promises we couldn’t keep.

We worked very hard and there were obstacles during our journey. We are sorry about this delay. Creating a product from zero isn’t a downhill path! This is why our CEO, Paolo Ganis, wants to give you a detailed update about the production and some issues we faced.

During September we started shipping again white Natede with type C and type G plugs. So now our friends from the UK, Hong Kong, and other countries are receiving their Natede! Next week we will also start shipping the US and Canada orders (type A plug) and the Australian ones (type I).

Azalea and Blue Natede

As we said in the last update, everything was ready to ship the colored Natede at the end of September. Unfortunately, we found out that the blue was too dark compared to the Kickstarter photos and the LEDs weren’t visible. So, we decided to change the color for a lighter one.

In order to get the perfect color, several tests had to be done by our manufacturers - here you can see some color tests for the Natede Azalea.

Now that we have found the perfect colors we started with the production. So, at the end of October/beginning of November, we will start to ship the Azalea and Blue Natede! In the next update, we will show you the photos of the final products.

Natede Premium

If you haven’t received the survey for the Natede Premium reward DM us so we can send it to you again. We talked personally to many of you to find the perfect solution and we want to thank you very much for understanding us and for your support. We know that we can’t everyone happy but we worked to find the best solution for our backers and for us.

So, if you changed to a Natede Plus white we will start to ship the products from the 21st of October.

If you want your Natede Premium color (Girasole, Sand, Black) we will start to ship them from the 11th of November.

A New Fresh App

Thanks to your wonderful feedback we worked on the app bugs and in this last update we fixed most of the connection issues. If you need help please email us at [email protected] we will be happy to help you!

If you don’t see the temperature anymore on your app don’t panic! We are currently working on the sensor. To improve your Natede experience we decided to remove the temperature data from your app while we are calibrating it. Don't worry, it will be available again soon.

A New Name, A New Brand, A New Soul

Hello wonderful backers,

we are shipping our second batch of 1000 Natede! We are continuing to ship white Natede; this time not only in Europe, but all over the world. We decided to ship the white ones because are your favourite! More than half of you pre-ordered a white Natede. The perfect color that goes with everything.

We are incredibly happy to receive your feedback. It’s amazing to see Natede in your homes! Check Jo and Francesco’s Natede 😍 they’re wonderful! Keep posting your photos of your Natede on social media.

Natede Premium

As many of you are super curious to see the colors of the Natede Premium here you are some photos of the colors. These are made of ceramic and we love them!

Everything is ready for the last batch, we are currently working on the final touches. We are looking for the perfect cover color to match the ceramic. What do you think about these three? We would be happy to receive your feedback as are essential to improve our products!

So, if you ordered a Natede Premium or other colors you don’t have to worry about it! We will ship them in the last batch at the end of July.
